Could all residents please help by following these guidelines:

Bins

- Please make sure bins are always kept as tidy as possible.
- Remove your bin from the street as soon as possible after collection.
- Flatten all recycling material in communal bins to take up less space.
- Consider taking your turn in putting the communal bin out.


Security

- Please make sure the front door is always locked securely.
- A reminder to not leave valuables in your car as there have been a number of thefts from cars in the underground car park.


Noise

- Please be considerate of your neighbours with regard noise from your unit and when using common areas


Parking

There has been a lot of complaints about people parking in the rear courtyard.
Please remember that the loading bay in this area is for loading goods, trades people and emergencies. Cars MUST NOT BE LEFT IN THIS AREA.
If this continues we will have to take the undesirable action of using fluorescent warning stickers and then towing repeat offenders.
