St Vincents Place Owners Community

The rubbish situation on John street is getting out of hand.
We live right above where all of the bins and the smell is terrible.
It is also an area where people are dumping rubbish next to the bins.
This is the entrance to our business and it has become embarrasing to bring in people as the street looks like a ghetto.

Can people please remove their bins after bin night.
If there are no bins then other people won't dump rubbish in this area.

If anyone has any other solutions to this problem it would be appreciated.
