Garage Door servicing
Do we need to organise for all the garage doors to undergo their standard service within the next month?

There is a hitch with the servicing of the Garage Doors as it appears that the doors fall under individual ownership not common property.
Owners that with to have their doors serviced will have to agree individually or just wait till they break down?
